This Privacy Policy describes how Luxutor and its affiliates operating under the PayDoc brand ("PayDoc," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, and disclose information through the PayDoc marketing website at www.pay-doc.com (the "Site"). It does not govern data collected through the PayDoc platform, managed services, or any subscription or client relationship, which are covered by separate agreements including applicable Business Associate Agreements.

We are based in Florida, United States. By using the Site, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in the United States in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit a demo request, contact form, or similar inquiry through the Site, we collect the information you enter — which may include your name, job title, organization name, work email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, with your consent, to send you information about PayDoc.

Automatically collected information. When you visit the Site, our servers may automatically record certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for operating and improving the Site and is not used to identify you personally.

No PHI collected through this Site. This marketing website is not designed to collect, transmit, or store Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Please do not submit patient names, dates of service, medical record numbers, diagnosis codes, or other PHI through any form on this Site.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. 10. Florida Privacy Rights

We comply with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), Fla. Stat. §501.171.
