Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 27, 2026
1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy describes how Luxutor and its affiliates operating under the PayDoc brand ("PayDoc," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, and disclose information through the PayDoc marketing website at www.pay-doc.com (the "Site"). This policy applies only to information collected through this marketing website. It does not govern data collected through the PayDoc platform, managed services, or any subscription or client relationship, which are covered by separate agreements including applicable Business Associate Agreements.
We are based in Florida, United States. By using the Site, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in the United States in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit a demo request, contact form, or similar inquiry through the Site, we collect the information you enter — which may include your name, job title, organization name, work email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, with your consent, to send you information about PayDoc.
Automatically collected information. When you visit the Site, our servers may automatically record certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for operating and improving the Site and is not used to identify you personally.
No PHI collected through this Site. This marketing website is not designed to collect, transmit, or store Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Please do not submit patient names, dates of service, medical record numbers, diagnosis codes, or other PHI through any form on this Site.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to demo requests and general inquiries;
- Communicate with you about PayDoc products and services you have expressed interest in;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- Detect and prevent fraud, security incidents, and misuse of the Site;
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use information collected through this marketing website for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We may share information with trusted vendors who assist us in operating the Site and communicating with you — such as email delivery services — who are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and in accordance with this policy.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by applicable law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety or the rights, property, or safety of others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of substantially all assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via prominent notice on the Site if a transfer results in a material change to this policy.
We do not share your information with third parties for their independent marketing or advertising purposes.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site and understand how visitors use it. We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Site to function (e.g., security tokens for form submission).
- Analytics cookies — used to understand how visitors interact with the Site in aggregate, helping us improve content and navigation. Analytics data is not linked to your name or contact information.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain Site functionality. We currently do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we do not use Site visitor data for cross-site behavioral advertising.
6. Data Retention
We retain contact and inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, respond to your inquiry, and comply with our legal obligations. Server log data is generally retained for a limited operational period and then purged or anonymized. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us at the address in Section 12 below; we will honor such requests to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Site from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted to and from the Site, access controls on systems that store contact information, and vendor contracts requiring appropriate data security practices. No security measures are perfect; we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, and you provide information through the Site at your own risk.
8. No PHI on This Website
This marketing website is not a covered system under HIPAA and is not designed to handle PHI. PayDoc's platform product and managed services operate under separate security and compliance frameworks, including Business Associate Agreements where required. If you are a current or prospective PayDoc client with questions about PHI handling, data processing agreements, or HIPAA compliance in the platform context, please contact us directly.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. If you believe we may have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at the address below.
10. Florida Privacy Rights
We comply with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), Fla. Stat. §501.171. In the event of a breach of security involving personal information of Florida residents, we will provide notice to affected individuals and, where required, to the Florida Department of Legal Affairs within the timeframes required by FIPA.
If you are a Florida resident and have questions about the personal information we hold about you or wish to request correction or deletion, please contact us using the information in Section 12. We will respond to verifiable requests in accordance with applicable law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide more prominent notice (such as a site notice). Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
12. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida.
